Praise be to God, the project of a private villa in North Marka for our dear client, Mr. Laith Shwayat, has been completed from the design, implementation and supervision by our creative team, as the villa with an area of 220 square meters consists of only one floor (guest salon, living room, kitchen, bedrooms with 3, maid’s room and 3 bathrooms), and the outdoor garden with a session and barbecue area has been designed.
We adopted the model in the neo-classic design, as it combines the classic and modern style according to the customer’s desire.

It took only six months of design, implementation and supervision, so Mr. Laith decided to celebrate with our team at our company’s headquarters to express his thanks and happiness with the result after completing the work of his own house in a short period of time, high quality and reasonable price.
